Lift-up valentine with ivory perforated paper lace on top of pale green card decorated with pale blue and red designs; the top of the lace is backed by yellow paper. The edges of the card are bordered in embossed, pale green designs. Lace is bedecked with roses on either side of the cameo image from the inside of the card that depicts a young man, dressed in blue, rowing a boat, in which rests a large, sealed envelope. Card opens to reveal text entitled, "Trust" that reads: As one who trusts to summer skies/And puts his little bark to sea,/Encouraged by your smiling eyes,/I trust my simple heart to thee.
