Lift-up valentine with white perforated lace paper over a pale green card decorated with blue and white flowers. Lace is decorated on both sides with images that relay messages of love; the left side reads: Fly To Her With Love; the right side includes the title of the card written on an open book, next to which lies two pink roses. Cameo image in center of lace depicts a dwelling beside a lake, in which a boat is moored. Card opens to reveal text that reads: Would you know who sent/this Valentine to thee?/I will tell you truly,/If you'll call of me. Verse is bordered in red-line drawings, the same color of the printed text, in which a parrot is perched.
